You’ll build end-to-end pipelines (ClickHouse + Dagster + AWS Sagemaker), train production models for churn, LTV, recommendation, record linkage and weave LLM-based insights into conversational interfaces—all at B2C scale.

What you’ll do

• Transform messy marketing, product & financial data into real-time, ML-ready features

• Train/optimize models in Python (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ship via Docker/K8s on AWS | GCP | Azure

• Drive monitoring, A/B tests, and self-learning feedback loops that keep models sharp

What you bring

• 5+ yrs building production ML for e-commerce, fintech or similar

• Deep stats, feature-engineering, and growth-metric intuition (CAC, LTV, ROAS)

• Pluses: LLM/RAG or Gen-AI experience
