We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale high-data-volume analytics systems, and ship the next wave of intelligence-driven capabilities.

This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role for someone who wants to build core product surfaces, shape technical foundations, and take full responsibility for systems that operate at enterprise scale and GDPR-heavy environments.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain core product features across Next.js (frontend) and Django (backend).

• Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems that operate on large and fast-growing datasets.

• Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services.

• Ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability—from schema design to query optimization to distributed workloads.

• Work closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature.

• Contribute to and elevate engineering standards, architectural decisions, and scalable system design.

• Own the tech stack end-to-end and push the platform forward through hands-on contributions.

• Build systems with a privacy-first mindset, ensuring GDPR compliance, secure data flows, and enterprise-grade governance.

Who you are

• Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable switching between backend and frontend.

• Strong foundation in API architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.

• Proven experience building analytics-heavy or data-intensive applications—ideally in high-growth or large-scale environments.

• Familiar with enterprise-level requirements: GDPR, privacy-by-design, secure data handling.

• Hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, taking ownership and pushing features from idea to production.

• Comfortable working on large projects, with an understanding of scaling systems as data and usage grow.

• Pragmatic, fast-moving, and resourceful—delivering high-quality systems while maintaining flexibility.

• Passionate about clean, maintainable architecture, yet capable of iterating quickly when needed.

Bonus points

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipelines.

• Strong background in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI engineering.

• Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.

• Previous experience designing for enterprise compliance, user privacy, and secure architectures.
