What you’ll do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain agentic AI pipelines for automation, workflow intelligence, and analytics.

• Validate pipelines, benchmark performance, and ensure systems are robust, reliable, and production-ready.

• Experiment with prompt engineering, context tuning, model orchestration, and AI Ops best practices to improve system adaptability and observability.

• Work with vector databases, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and related frameworks to deliver contextual intelligence.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to integrate AI models into real-world workflows, including desktop, web, and analytics applications.

• Continuously refine models and pipelines through experimentation, data-driven feedback, and iterative improvements.

• Scale AI systems to handle large datasets, multiple clients, and high-throughput production environments

Who you are

• Strong foundation in computer science, Python, and LLM/agentic AI architectures.

• Experienced in AI pipeline design, prompt engineering, and context optimization.

• Comfortable validating, benchmarking, and monitoring AI pipelines for correctness and performance.

• Experience with observability, logging, and system monitoring in AI/analytics applications.

• Skilled in working with analytics apps, time tracking data, or hybrid work datasets.

• Pragmatic, curious, and unafraid to experiment, turning uncertain problems into reliable, scalable solutions.

Bonus points

• Experience integrating AI into desktop or web applications.

• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.

• Background in automation systems, workflow optimization, or enterprise AI tools.

• Experience with large-scale data pipelines, distributed systems, or full-stack AI deployment.
