ONO AI is looking for a Head of Technology to lead the technical strategy of our AI-powered recruitment and career platform and drive our AI-focused technological development.

Responsibilities
Define ONO’s technical vision and shape the software development roadmap.
Ensure the sustainability and scalability of our current Laravel & Vue.js based system.
Oversee and optimize software development, DevOps, information security, system, and network operations.
Plan, manage, and supervise the integration of AI models and applications (LLMs, NLP, machine learning, etc.) into the product.
Develop AI strategies aligned with the product in areas such as data science, model training, and MLOps.
Coordinate the development of AI-driven features, from CV parsing and smart matching to interview analysis and fraud detection.
Build, lead, and empower the technical team to work effectively in a fully remote setup.
Implement best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, security, and scalability.
Communicate technical plans and updates with senior management, investors, and strategic partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
Advanced experience developing applications with Laravel and Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with AI systems and integration, especially in NLP, LLMs, MLOps, and Python-based AI libraries.
Minimum 8 years of software development experience with a proven technical leadership background.
Solid experience in DevOps (CI/CD, container technologies, monitoring), information security, and system & network management.
Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience managing remote teams and strong leadership and communication skills.
