The Role
We’re looking for a versatile engineer to operate at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and software development. You’ll help advance our AI systems, scale data workflows, and ensure our platform consistently delivers exceptional performance for enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize AI-driven data pipelines
Enhance agentic system architecture and monitoring
Integrate new data sources and deploy new AI agent capabilities
Conduct technical analysis to improve performance and scalability
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong desire to learn and improve
Exceptional Python skills
Experience building applications with LLMs
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy)
Solid understanding of relational databases & cloud data warehouses
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background in life sciences, healthcare analytics, biomedical research, or enterprise AI software
DevOps skills (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure)
Experience with distributed systems
